An appointment can be made by phoning the secretary directly.
When you come for your appointment please remember to bring:
Fees are based on, but frequently less than, those recommended by the AMA.
Consultation fees are payable in full at the time of consultation.
All patients booking in for an operation are provided with a written estimate of expenses.
No gap and Known Gap arrangements exist with some health funds.
Cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa and EFTpos are accepted.
We do not have direct deposit or funds transfer facilities.
Yes we have a fully integrated system with Medicare and can get your refund paid back into your nominated account that you have registered with Medicare.
PLEASE NOTE: From July 2016 Medicare no longer issues refund via cheque you must register your bank details with Medicare to get your refund.
Yes we do see patients covered by workers compensation. All Workers Compensation must supply our office with the following information:
We are happy to bill directly to the insurer if the information is provided, however if the insurer denies the claim or does not pay in full the patient is liable for the account.
All workers Compensation patients must have an approval letter from the insurance company prior to each consultation.
